I am a Trauma Informed Certified Hypnotherapist (QJH, MMHA, IHA), Reiki Master (RMT), Personal Transformation Coach (PTC) and a lifelong self-improvement enthusiast. My background involves extensive training in a variety of healing and hypnosis modalities, spiritual paths and over 20 years in alternative lifestyle communities (LGBTQI+, Polyamory, and more!). I am also the author of Rituals from Birth to Earth. I have been a presenter and speaker for over twenty years.
